After being compressed by a screw air compressor, the air enters the air storage tank for storage, and the stored air is connected to the filter press itself through pipelines.

There are two stages, reverse blowing is the use of high-pressure air to blow air from the central feed pipe at the tail end of the filter press, causing the unfiltered sludge with high moisture content in the central feed pipe to pass through the high pressure air thrust, causing the unfiltered sludge to be discharged into the aggregate pool through the return pipe, preventing the mud with high moisture content from flowing out during unloading from the central pipe.

Blowing off air is the process of blowing off the filtrate from the filtrate pipeline on the front end of the filter press, allowing high-pressure air to penetrate the filter cloth from one side of the filter plate and blow out the surface water of the filter cake and filter cloth, making it easier to unload the mud when the filter cloth and filter cake are discharged separately. The blowing off air pressure is 0.7-0.8Mpa, and the time and frequency of back blowing and blowing off can be adjusted.
