Chlor alkali chemical industry

The chlor alkali industry is a basic chemical raw material industry that occupies an important position in the national economy. The generated waste includes coal ash, waste carbide slag, waste salt sludge, mercury containing waste activated carbon, adsorber activated carbon and waste catalyst, water treatment waste sludge, salt sludge wastewater, and exhaust gas. Direct discharge will have a significant adverse impact on the environment.

Non ferrous metallurgy

Wastewater from the non-ferrous metallurgical industry is generated during the wet smelting process of various non-ferrous metals such as copper, zinc, lead, gold, silver, etc. Wastewater contains high concentrations of metal ions and is not allowed to be discharged. Its composition is complex and variable, making it difficult to treat industrial wastewater. It is one of the main wastewater that pollutes the environment and should be recycled as much as possible. The final discharged wastewater must undergo coagulation and flotation treatment before reaching the discharge standards.

Food and medicine

With the development of China's pharmaceutical industry, the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater is receiving increasing attention. As long as the wastewater generated by the industry contains a large amount of toxic organic compounds, such as side chain lipids, petroleum ether, acetone, methanol, ethanol, dichloromethane, toluene, and various acid and alkali substances, as well as residues of cephalosporin antibiotics. This type of wastewater has complex components, high organic content, high molecular weight, and strong inhibitory effects of toxic substances and antibiotics on biochemical treatment bacteria. Fine Chemicals

As a major water user, chemical plants typically use millions of cubic meters of fresh water annually, resulting in low water reuse rates. Moreover, the shortage of water resources has posed a threat to the production of these industrial water users. Steel industry

At present, in the steel industry, where energy consumption accounts for 10% of the total energy consumption, water consumption accounts for about 9%. The main sources of wastewater generated by the steel industry are: slag flushing wastewater, wastewater generated from purifying flue gas, wastewater generated from cooling equipment, and wastewater from flushing sites. According to different production processes, the quality of wastewater also varies, and the quality of wastewater discharged from the same process at different stages also varies greatly. Coal industry

As a high energy consuming industry, the coal industry consumes resources and pollutes the environment to a high extent. The wastewater it discharges contains a large amount of harmful and toxic substances such as ammonia nitrogen, phenol, oil, cyanide, etc. The disorderly discharge of wastewater from coal enterprises has already endangered the quality of groundwater. Mining industry

The filter cloth plays a role in separating solids and liquids during the filtration process. Filter cloth products mainly include the following major series: polyester filter cloth, polypropylene filter cloth, nylon filter cloth, vinylon filter cloth, non-woven fabric, monofilament filter cloth, etc. Non woven filter cloth can be divided into two types according to different materials: polyester and polypropylene. The appearance of the filter cloth is smooth, and the product has good density and breathability. The filter cake is easy to detach, easy to wash, and has good economic value. Widely used in dye factories, steel mills, breweries, etc., with a filtration accuracy of less than 1 micron. Users can customize filter cloth products according to their needs based on different filtration accuracy and breathability.

The belt conveyor is horizontally placed below the guide hopper or mud storage hopper of the filter press, used for conveying and centralized processing of filter cakes.

To prevent the filtrate dripping from capillary phenomenon from falling onto the filter cake during filtration, and increase the moisture content of the mud cake, a turnover plate receiving tray is installed below the filter press. When filtering, the flap tray is in a closed state, guiding capillary water to enter the water tanks on both sides for discharge. When unloading, the flap tray is opened, and the filter cake falls into the conveyor belt or mud storage hopper from the middle.

Mud storage hopper: The mud storage hopper is placed in the reserved hole, and the mud cake filtered by the filter press is unloaded, stored in it, and then transported by a truck. The mud storage hopper can be equipped with single or double closed doors, which are controlled by the hydraulic system and oil cylinder to open and close the door. It can be opened simultaneously or independently or without the door, making it a mud collection hopper. The filtered mud cake slides directly into the transportation equipment through the mud collection hopper.
